1. Entertainment only

The service is a parody and entertainment product. Scores, verdicts, bullet points, ingredient breakdowns, menu suggestions, map pins, and all other generated or curated copy are not medical, nutritional, dietary, fitness, legal, or professional advice. They are jokes, opinions, and automated commentary — not facts you should rely on for health, allergies, medications, pregnancy, children, or any real-world decision.

2. Accuracy and AI content

Results may be wrong, incomplete, outdated, offensive, or inconsistent. Much of the output is produced by automated systems (including third-party AI) without human review. We do not guarantee that any scan, label breakdown, restaurant pick, or cached result matches a real product, menu, or establishment. Always verify information independently before you eat, buy, travel, or share content as if it were factual.

3. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use the service. That includes:

• Choices about food, supplements, restaurants, and products
• Sharing screenshots, links, or memes with others
• Community votes, notes, or appeals you submit
• Location and camera features you enable in your browser

4. Third-party names and trademarks

Restaurants, brands, products, shows, and people named in scans or on the map are used for commentary and humor. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or speaking for any third party unless we explicitly say otherwise.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to harass, defame, or target individuals
• Attempt to break, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
• Submit unlawful content or impersonate others in community features
• Misrepresent scan results as official health or safety certifications

We may limit, block, or remove access at our discretion.

6. No warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of this service and their suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or health outcomes, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service — even if we were advised such damages were possible.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars ($50).

8. Indemnity
